Productivity and Innovation Voucher Program (PIVP)
Productivity and Innovation Voucher Program (PIVP) is a financing and loans offered by Invest Nova Scotia for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
PIVP provides vouchers (Tier 1: up to $15,000; Tier 2: up to $25,000) to help small and medium-sized Nova Scotia companies access post-secondary institution research and resources to improve productivity, develop new products/services/processes, and grow their business.

Program details
The program helps businesses access expertise within post-secondary institutions. Tier 1 vouchers of up to $15,000 are for businesses that have not previously been awarded a voucher or are applying with a new project. Tier 2 vouchers of up to $25,000 build on work completed through a Tier 1 voucher. Companies are limited to two Tier 1 vouchers. Eligible service providers include Acadia, CBU, Dalhousie, MSVU, NSCAD, NSCC, Saint Mary's, StFX, Universite Sainte-Anne, and the Verschuren Centre.

Small and medium-sized companies based in Nova Scotia. Limited to two Tier 1 vouchers per company
