The Innovation Rebate Program provides financial incentives for projects that assist Nova Scotia companies in expanding operations, hiring, and payroll growth. It supports companies in advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defence, agri-food and beverage, clean technology, critical minerals and mining, life sciences, ocean technology, and seafood. Targets small businesses in Nova Scotia or Canada looking to expand to Nova Scotia.

Small business in eligible sector; must be expanding, hiring, or investing in innovation in Nova Scotia
