Digital Nova Scotia TechQuity Award is a financing and loans offered by Digital Nova Scotia for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
Educational award supporting African Nova Scotian students pursuing undergraduate studies in technology fields such as computer science, IT, digital innovation, and cybersecurity.

Program details
The TechQuity Award addresses barriers faced by students from underserved communities underrepresented in tech. Candidates must be graduating from a Nova Scotia high school, accepted into an undergraduate program (at least 1 year) at a recognized Nova Scotia post-secondary institution in a program listed under CIP Canada section 11 (Computer and information sciences). Selection is based on demonstrated interest in the technology sector and description of eligibility as a member of an underserved community.
Who qualifies
Must be graduating from a Nova Scotia high school, accepted into an undergraduate program (min 1 year) at a recognized Nova Scotia post-secondary institution in CIP Canada section 11 (Computer and information sciences). Must be a member of an underserved/underrepresented community in the digital sector.
