Business Consulting Advisory Services (CAS) Grant Program is a financing and loans offered by Black Business Initiative for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
A grant program that provides Black-owned businesses in Atlantic Canada with funding to engage consultants for expertise in areas such as sales/marketing strategy, business management, technology/digital support, and e-commerce integration. The 2025-2026 intake is now closed.

Program details
The Black Business Consulting Advisory Grant (CAS) Program supports Black-owned businesses in Atlantic Canada to access expertise to build, grow, and scale their businesses. The program provides grants to cover the costs of engaging a consultant. Support areas include development of sales or marketing strategy, business management development practices, technology or digital support, and e-commerce integration. The goal is to help entrepreneurs build up and strengthen their operations and continue to grow their clientele. The 2025-2026 program is now closed; prospective applicants can sign up for the newsletter to be informed when it reopens.
Who qualifies
Must be at least one-third Black-owned; be at least 6 months in operation; can demonstrate the need for consulting support requested
