Startup Canada Tour

Startup Canada Tour is a event offered by Startup Canada for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).

A national in-person event series that travels to major Canadian cities, connecting early-stage entrepreneurs with local ecosystem partners, industry experts, keynote speakers, and panel discussions. The tour features mainstage sessions, workshops, networking opportunities, and pitch competitions.

Program details

Since 2023, the Startup Canada Tour has been traveling nationwide, connecting early-stage entrepreneurs with local ecosystem partners. In 2025, the tour visited 10 cities with events featuring keynote speakers such as Michele Romanow and Wes Hall, panel discussions on topics like funding, mental health, AI, scaling, and resilience, workshops on topics like reducing shopping cart abandonment, and networking sessions. The 2026 tour is returning with stops in Halifax (April 29), Victoria (September 29), and Mississauga (October 29). Events also host Startup Global National Pitch Competition qualifying rounds at each stop. The 2025 Mississauga stop included keynotes, panel discussions on resilience and funding, sessions with the Competition Bureau and BDC on financing strategies, and opportunities to connect with ecosystem support organizations.

Open to entrepreneurs across Canada. Registration required for each tour stop.
