Traction & Growth is a program offered by Propel for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
Traction & Growth is the second step of the Propel e-Accelerator journey, designed for founders who have validated their product, have over $1,000 in monthly recurring revenue, and are working on their startups full-time. The program focuses on identifying ideal customer profiles, building repeatable scalable sales processes, hiring and recruitment, dev team management, and driving traction.

Program details
Traction & Growth is where traction is born. This advanced accelerator course serves founders who have moved past validation and are focused on scaling. The program helps founders articulate and refine their ideal customer profile, shorten sales cycles, grow contract values, and build a repeatable and scalable sales process. Additional programming covers hiring and recruitment strategy, elevating the development team (including IP, privacy, and security considerations), and developing sales as a core founder skill. Founders are matched with a dedicated Startup Coach and meet regularly via Zoom. The program includes online learning, fireside chats with global speakers, mentorship councils, and community events. Companies may spend approximately twelve months in the program to develop a market acceleration plan that validates product/market fit.
Who qualifies
Founders must have a validated product, over $1,000 in monthly recurring revenue, and be working on their startup full-time. Company must be based in Atlantic Canada with a technology component. Applicants participate in a virtual interview with a startup coach.
