Startup Coaching is a advisory service offered by Propel for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
Propel provides dedicated one-on-one startup coaching as a core component of its e-Accelerator programs. Experienced founder-coaches work with each company individually, providing guidance, feedback, and accountability throughout the startup journey. Coaches meet regularly with founders via Zoom to review progress and provide tailored support.

Program details
Each founder accepted into Propel's programming is matched with a dedicated Startup Coach. The coaching team consists of experienced founders who have lived the startup journey themselves. Coaches meet regularly with founders via Zoom to update progress and provide feedback. They help founders get laser-focused on the right customers and a business case to create sustainable and repeatable sales growth. The coaching relationship extends through the full duration of the program and covers customer discovery, business model refinement, revenue model development, offer crafting, pitch perfection, and go-to-market strategy. Propel's coaches are spread across Atlantic Canada and are available for consultation even before a formal application.
Who qualifies
Must be accepted into one of Propel's accelerator programs. Initial consultations available by contacting a startup coach directly.
