e-Accelerator - Vision & Validation is a program offered by Propel for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).

The Vision & Validation track of Propel's e-Accelerator helps early-stage founders validate whether there is a problem in the market that people are willing to pay to solve. Founders are guided through lean startup methodologies including customer discovery, business model validation, and experiment-based approaches to test key assumptions.

Program details

This accelerator track focuses on Problem/Solution Fit (Ideation). Founders work with a dedicated startup coach via regular Zoom meetings to refine their business model, gain insights from customer discovery, refine their revenue model, craft their offer, and perfect their pitch to customers. The program uses an applied experiment-based approach to validate key assumptions through LEAN SPRINTS. Online learning content is supplemented by fireside chats with global speakers. Program length is customized but early-stage ventures typically require at least 3 months to validate Problem/Solution fit.

Who qualifies

Technology startup founders based in Atlantic Canada. Part-time solo founders and full-time founding teams are accepted. Must complete the Vision Program first. Must be based in Atlantic Canada Must have a technology component in the business Must be at ideation or early product development stage
