ISANS Employer Support Services assists businesses throughout Nova Scotia in hiring, retaining and supporting international talent. The program connects employers with pre-screened, job-ready newcomers and provides guidance to enhance workplace inclusion and cultural competency. Employers can connect with a dedicated Employer Engager, learn about the value of international talent, receive qualified candidate referrals, participate in Online/Onsite Recruitment and Information Sessions (ORIS), and access the SkillsMatch online recruitment platform. Sub-programs include Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) for Employers, Intercultural Workplace Program (IWP), Employer Engagement, SkillsMatch Online Recruitment Tool, and Employer Support for Internationally Recruited Employees.
