AI for Export Bootcamp
AI for Export Bootcamp is a program offered by Digital Nova Scotia for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
Six-week microcredential program helping Atlantic Canadian SMEs apply AI tools to export workflows including market research, lead generation, localization, and business development. Includes up to $2,500 in AI tool reimbursement.

Program details
The AI for Export Bootcamp runs for 6 weeks (April 27 - June 12, 2026) with 8-10 hours per week of virtual, online coursework with mandatory live sessions. Topics covered across six modules: AI foundations for export, market discovery and competitive intelligence, lead prospecting and qualification, global outreach and localization, sales and marketing content, and AI integration roadmap with capstone. Participants completing the program receive a Microcredential from St. Francis Xavier University (StFX) under the Nova Scotia Microcredential Framework. Graduates are eligible for up to $2,500 reimbursement for AI tool subscriptions used during the program.
Who qualifies
Must be registered and operating in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, or Prince Edward Island. Minimum 5 employees, at least 2 years in active operation, able to nominate executive-level participants, currently exporting or launching within 12 months.
