The Emera ideaHUB maintains a curated directory of resources organized into four categories: Start a Company (Dalhousie OCIE, ACOA Business Information Services, Dalhousie Tech & Innovation Law Clinic), Non-Dilutive Funding (ACOA Programs, Invest Nova Scotia, NRC-IRAP, RBCx, ISED Testing Stream, Fundica, government grants portal, Atlantic Canada business grants, Mitacs Accelerate, SR&ED tax credits, Futurpreneur), Grow Your Startup (Export Development Program, investment terminology, Nova Scotia hiring incentives, co-op student hiring, Next Founders), and Research & Development (Dalhousie Office of Research Services, Lab2Market, Research Nova Scotia, Enginuity). These are external partner resources compiled to support founders navigating the ecosystem.
