Supplier Diversity Programs is a program offered by Centre for Women in Business for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).

A suite of supplier diversity programs for women business owners at sustaining, growing, and high-growth stages, including introduction to supplier diversity, corporate roundtables, and the Advancing Supplier Diversity in Atlantic Canada (ASDAC) initiative with a mentorship program.

Program details

The supplier diversity offering includes multiple components: Introduction to Supplier Diversity, Corporate Roundtables, Partnering to Build Capacity: Atlantic Canada Mentorship Program (2022-2026), educational resources about what supplier diversity is, and FAQs. CWB has a dedicated staff member, Judith Richardson, leading the Advancing Supplier Diversity in Atlantic Canada (ASDAC) initiative. The program helps women-owned businesses access corporate and institutional supply chains.
