Advanced Management & Mentoring Program (AMMP)
Advanced Management & Mentoring Program (AMMP) is a program offered by Centre for Women in Business for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).
A six-month growth accelerator program for women business owners committed to increasing their business volume, markets, revenues, and profits. Now in its fourteenth year, AMMP includes peer-to-peer advisory sessions, financial analysis, strategic planning, and one-on-one support.

Program details
Over 200 participants have completed AMMP, reporting increased understanding of their business, better decision making, increased revenues, a growing workforce, and market opportunities. Participants engage in facilitated peer-to-peer advisory sessions, assess their business position in the marketplace, identify and evaluate growth opportunities, prepare detailed financial analysis reports, develop skills to scale their business model, develop innovative problem-solving techniques, incorporate all elements into a strategic growth plan, and receive ongoing one-on-one support from Nora Perry. Each cohort includes 8-10 women from non-competing businesses. The program is valued at $5,000, with financial flexibility available for those facing barriers.
