Elevate Mentorship Program is a mentorship program offered by CEED for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).

Program details
The CEED Elevate Mentorship Program connects experienced Nova Scotian business owners and professionals with entrepreneurs from the CEED community (clients, members, and program participants). The program builds dynamic mentor-mentee relationships in a safe, supportive space for peer-to-peer learning, honest dialogue, and constructive challenge. Mentors are expected to bring active listening, availability, and analysis skills. The program structure spans 6-12 months with meetings held monthly or as agreed. CEED provides onboarding, check-ins, and a program manager to support both parties. Mentors complete required training through MindFrame Connect to set shared expectations. Matching is based on goals, experience, communication preferences, and fit.
Who qualifies
Mentees must be part of CEED's alumni network or currently completing a CEED program. Mentors must be experienced business owners or professionals in Nova Scotia.
