Business is Jammin' (BIJ) Youth Entrepreneurship is a program offered by Black Business Initiative for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador).

A province-wide charitable initiative focused on motivating Black youth through education, personal development, and entrepreneurship programming. BIJ delivers enterprise and entrepreneurship learning strategy to instill long-term business skills in young people, serving over 500 youth per year.

Program details

Business is Jammin' (BIJ) is BBI's charitable arm, a province-wide initiative that focuses on motivating Black youth and stresses the importance of education and personal development. BIJ's goals are to deliver a comprehensive enterprise and entrepreneurship learning strategy and instill business skills that will offer long-term benefits to young people. The initiative works with more than 500 young people each year and builds bridges to brighter futures and sustainable wealth creation for Black communities.
