Program details

For individuals living with self-identified disabilities who want to gain real employment experience, the Wage Subsidy Program provides support in finding employment with a $9/hour wage subsidy (up to $6,300). The program includes support in preparing for job searching (resume, cover letter, interviews), access to one-on-one coaching, flexible and hybrid employment opportunities, and funding for accommodations. The program is free to join and participants are paid through the employer's payroll system.
